Return of goods

In the Veles-Energo online store, you can return or exchange goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. This right is guaranteed by the Law on Consumer Protection. The return or exchange of goods is carried out by returning the purchased goods to us with the subsequent refund to the buyer.

Before returning the goods, please make sure that:

  • The product was not in use and has no traces of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, has not been altered, etc.
  • The product is fully complete and the integrity of the packaging is not compromised.
  • All labels and factory markings are intact.

If all of the above points are met, we will refund your money for the product or exchange it for another one.

If the return of the goods was due to our fault (the goods do not match the description on the website / the goods are of inadequate quality or defective), we will pay for the shipping. If the return is not due to a store error, the buyer pays for the carrier's services.
